Hr Plus is a specialist consultancy that provides HR & IR consulting and coaching services. HR Plus is managed by partners, Linda Norman and Jackie Gordon who collectively have 40 years national and international HR & IR experience.

Jackie Gordon, Partner

Jackie graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PDM) at Wits Business School. She then joined Times Media Limited, one of South Africa’s major media groups, and worked her way up in the organisation to HR Manager. She then moved into human resources’ management in the IT industry by joining Novell as HR Manager. Jackie has consulted to a wide range of small and large organisations and has developed specialist expertise in the human resource management of IT employees.

Jackie has a generalist background and currently consults on all facets of HR work – covering the full range of human resource management on strategic, operational and individual levels.

Linda Norman, Partner

Linda has approximately 20 years’ experience in the discipline of human resources management and industrial relations. She has worked and consulted in a professional capacity to a range of government and private organisations across several industry sectors.

Linda graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Psychology and has completed a Masters of Commerce with Melbourne University. Prior to her consulting career, she held several senior and management HR, IR and change management roles with the Wesfarmers Group, the National Farmers’ Federation and the Australian Federal Police. Over more recent years, Linda has consulted to a wide range of small and large organisations including government, private and not-for-profit.

Linda consults in industrial relations, counselling and all facets of HR.
