Some of our clients ask us to support them in the entire recruitment and selection process, from job scoping, advertising, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, negotiating ….through to drawing up employment agreements and development plans for newly hired staff.

Other clients need less support and we are only involved in part of the recruitment process.

Whatever you need, you can be guaranteed that our fee will reflect the work we’ve actually undertaken for you. As such, our fees end up being significantly less than the fixed percentages charged by recruitment agencies.
